Preventative Care

To maintain optimal health and extend the life of your pet, we recommend a nose-to-tail wellness exam once a year. Proactive preventive care not only improves the quality of your pet’s life, but will add years to it.  In addition to preventative care, we offer vaccines; diagnostic testing; treatment for eye and ear problems, tumors, allergies, skin problems, and orthopedic conditions; laser surgery; laser treatment; digital X-Ray;  and much more. We are skilled at combining traditional veterinary medicine with holistic therapies to provide the best treatment for your pet.

Surgery

We offer routine surgical procedures such as spaying and neutering as well as tumor removals, laceration repairs, bladder surgeries, intestinal surgeries, dental surgery, biopsies, and much more. Our state-of-the art laser is used routinely on all of our surgeries.  The laser surgery reduces pain and healing time.  All surgical patients are monitored by a veterinary and a veterinary technician. Surgical patients recover while resting on a heat pad and receive IV fluids and pain medications.

Dentistry

We offer routine dental cleaning and polishing, extractions, dental X-rays, and diagnose and treat dental problems. Procedures are performed under anesthesia to provide the most thorough treatment and comfort for your pet. Laser treatment is also used on our dentistry patients.  This decreases pain and the amount of time needed to heal.  Dental cleaning and polishing is recommended at least once a year.

Pharmacy

We have an onsite pharmacy  stocked with medications to treat and prevent your pets needs or illness. Pain management medication, thyroid medication, antibiotics, heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention, and deworming medication  are just a few examples of medications we have on hand.

On-Site Lab

We get results in minutes! We can check red blood cells, white blood cells, liver and kidney values, glucose levels, pancreatic values, electrolytes, urinalysis, fecal tests, heartworm tests, Felv/FIV tests, parvo tests and much more.  We also have onsite state-of-the-art digital X-rays.  This provides quality pictures which allows us to better diagnose your pet.

Humane Euthanasia

We understand that deciding to euthanize your pet may be one of the hardest decisions you have to make.   We are here to answer any questions when it comes to your pet’s quality of life.  We realize you cannot plan or prepare for euthanasia.    If you have any questions about humane euthanasia, end of life planning or cremation services please do not hesitate to call and speak with us.

New Pet Care

Veterinarian care is critical in your pet’s early developmental stages. We provide nose-to-tail exams, vaccines, deworming, information on training and behavior problem solving, information on breed-specific conditions, heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, etc. We are here to provide a long happy and healthy life for your pet.

GERIATRICS

Older pets have special needs. Animals 7 years and older should have yearly blood work and urinalysis tests. We recommend a complete nose-to-tail physical exam every 6 months for our geriatric patients. We will also provide you with information regarding a special diet.  The sooner we diagnose problems, the better we can treat them.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture helps many medical conditions and works well for pain relief including back pain, hip pain, knee pain, arthritis, disc disease, surgical pain, etc. We believe in using acupuncture along with traditional veterinary medicine to best treat your pet.  Ask to see how acupuncture can help your pet.

Chiropractic

Regular animal adjusting ensures a healthy spine and nervous system.  Chiropractic care is not meant to replace traditional veterinary medicine.  It is a way to keep your pest healthy, active, and energetic without the use of medications or surgery.  When used together, chiropractic and traditional veterinary care can provide the maximum health benefits to ensure  your pets live long, happy lives.

Holistic Care

Of course we believe our pets should be treated with the same respect for natural living that we give ourselves. We believe in a natural and nutritious diet, vitamins, and supplements to enhance your pet’s health.  When diagnosing and treating your pets we combine holistic, chiropractic and traditional veterinary medicine to come up with the best treatment plan.
